Troy grew up in Indianapolis, IN and has lived in Seattle for 6 years. He has worked in all capacities of youth work ranging from schools to the Juvenile Justice system, doing his best to elevate the voices of young people. Reading and writing have been his personal ways of elevating his own voice, and is excited to have the opportunity to share his passion with other readers in the South end to fulfill those same passions. He is currently a second year MFA graduate student at University of Washington Bothell.
