Emily Matyas - Sol y Tierra/Sun and Earth

April 23, 2019 - 7:00pm

Seward Park

Join us for an evening of stories and photos with Emily Matyas, author and photographer of Sol y Tierra/Sun and Earth on Tuesday, April 23 at 7pm.

The project explores Mexico over the last thirty years by highlighting the challenges and beauty of life just south of the border. Collectively, the photographs invite dialogue between Mexico and the United States as viewers on both sides may recognize something of themselves in the pictures.
