The America’s Test Kitchen Healthy Family Cookbook is a groundbreaking addition to the bestselling America’s Test Kitchen collection, home to the public TV show of the same name and Cook’s Illustrated Magazine. John Willoughby is Executive Editor of magazines for Boston Common Press, publishers of Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s Country. He is also the author of a monthly column, “Power Ingredients,” in the New York Times dining section and an international guest speaker. Prior to his present position he was Executive Editor of Gourmet magazine, and has written for many other publications.
